Sailing St. Vincent and the Grenadines

The Grenadines is a pristine 50-mile long archipelago of over 600 islands located between the larger islands of St. Vincent and Grenada.  Famous for their clean white sandy beaches, lush green foliage and spectacular reefs, the Grenadines are a perfect East Coast sailing destination.   St. Vincent and the Grenadines (also known as SVG) are part of the Windward Caribbean Islands that are located west of Barbados.

Prevailing northeasterly trade winds keep the sailing interesting, while stops at Mustique, the Tobago Cays, Canouan and Union islands provide all the land-based entertainment you’ll need.  To cruise St. Vincent and the Grenadines, you can fly to Puerto Rico and then connect to a non-stop flight to St. Vincent.

The following YouTube video tells you everything you need to know about these remote tropical islands:

    Hello from the UK,

Please can you recommend a sailing trip for 1 day or up to potentially 4 days depending on price. We are staying in Barbados between 25th Dec and 8th Jan but flying over to the Grenadines for a few days. We are keen to make the most of our time and see the most we can.

Any tips or advice would be great.

    Response:
Sorry Paul – unfortunately I do not know your needs… So it is hard to give any advice.

    Kind regards

    Paul
